Anyway to boost 3g speed?
If I had one, I could probably show you. Just go to your wireless settings and look for the router that you are connected too. Then find the DNS tab or settings tab and edit the DNS servers. The Google DNS servers are usually much faster than what you probably have in there. Good luck!

This fix is for wireless connections because you would have to unlock your iPhone 4s to have the ability to change DNS settings for your carrier.

Very easy. Check out my Windows 7, Windows XP, or Windows Vista Internet Speed boost video. Just go to my channel and search for keyword “internet” and scroll till you find the right one. I even have a how-to guide for Mac computers too!

My phone is locked so I cannot alter the DNS settings on my 4G connection from AT&T. If you unlock your phone, I assume you can easily change the DNS servers to improve browsing speed.
does this only work for wi-fi or it does work for the 3g internet too? on iphone 4 unlock
It works a little to me. Before I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8, my apps download speed for Installous was 109.00 KB/s but now it’s 127.42 KB/s. Thanks anyway man, you’re awesome!
