For the psp version ps2 has tht sign but not the helicopter
…I’ll have to check again!I really thought that the sign was gone in VCS…I was probably thinking so, because so many other signs were removed, like those of the Malibu Club, the Poleposition Club, Kaufmann Cabs, Fort Baxter etc.

They’ve probably added it back in when they’ve decided to include that easter egg in the PS2 version…

one thing rockstar forgot in vcs they forgot to spawn the VCN helicopter in the VCN building if u notice when u go up there theres not helicopter also on the back of the case its the vcn helicopter
The VCN Maverick was removed from the game together with the VCN building…Well, the building is still there, but the VCN sign was removed.An early trailer of the game shows the VCN heli in action, and you can still get it with the Cheatdevice.
