   My iMessage and FaceTime claim that they are activated, but I cannot make or receive a FaceTime call and I cannot send iMessages or MMS messages. Will this tweak work with an iPhone 4 running a jailbreak on 6.1, or will I have to downgrade back to iOS 5?
