i have 2.3.4 and it says root access denied! zerling access denied that’s all it says when i try to root on the command prompt window! what do i do!? please reply back dude!

For those of you who have the LG Marquee for Boost Mobile or Sprint you will no longer be able to root the phone after you have received the update to Android 2.3.6. This update has officially eliminated root access for this phone.
I downloaded the lg_esteem_root but when I try to extract here it says C:UsersblankDesktopLg_esteem_root.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged what do I do????

If u root your lg marquee for boost mobile they will cut your phone off because u violation term and agreement

I put together a guide, to illustrate how to root an updated lg marquee, If you google search LG MARQUEE ROOT the second link “root your updated lg marquee step by step” will walk you through the process!
