    There is a super super much esier way! I justt found out tonight. What u wanna do is , from your homescreen, click the Menu button, then go to settings, after that, you want to go to wireless and networks. after that you want to click on tethering and portable hotspot. from there you should know what to . you can either make it private or public by going to portable wifi hotspot settings there… you can also change the name of your portable wifi hotspot. it’s that simple .. a 20 second process
