Hi William no matter where you are it is illegal to hack into a mobile phone as not only can people see your content of your phone but can also put virus’s into your phone so that it will ruin your phone ! the best thing to do is make sure your bluetooth is switched off & that also on the visability bit on the bluetooth make sure its hidden from other devices & hopefully that should stop your phone getting hacked … hope this helps .. sly
I’m not positive, but I’d say that is illegal, because it an invasion of someones privacy. But forgetting laws, doing that to someone is just plain wrong.
