    i had the same problem. i uninstalled tk and the samsung program. reinstall it and make sure you install both tkexplorer and samsung. it should work.

    okay im too lazy to make a video but i just figured out how to fix this.1. look up samsung drivers on google click on the first one.2. Click on samsung behold3. go to software download both files4. for the first file you download click on setup and install, then go to drivers and click on the setup again5. Restart your comp and it should work.
