   check out my tutorial for 3.1.2 firmwares., it gives a tethered jailbreak for the 3G which means you have to jailbreak everytime to turn your ipod on.

   blackra1n is a tethered jailbreak for the 3g.

   sorry, answered you wrong. I was on 3.0 and could use ultrasn0w and after using this method fuzzyband still says i can use ultrasn0w. it should work
