    Yes you can unlock the 3g for T-mobile so don’t listen to the people who tell you that you cannot,if you do unlock it you face a risk of crashing it.The risk is small though and before you unlock the 3g take some time to search for the right unlocking program and make sure its not a scam.
    The one i used is “http://www.autoiphoneunlocker.com/”, you can chat with a customer assistant if you are not sure,and yes it did work for me.

    You cannot unlock the 3g phone with T-Mobile; if you do, you will regret it and your phone will break.
