Plasmas are FAR superior. Better colours, burn in is now non existent in the new lines, and the life of the screen is much, much longer.

Panasonic’s tv for 1080 P plasma is $799. Plasma are best for video games too…high rate of motion is best done with plasmas. Led and LCD have 120hz and maybe 240hz for some while the 600 hz plasma refresh rate is measured different for plasma but it’s still better
Led have fake colors that are too bright
Plasma doesn’t have burn in issues like they used too, it’s the old series that do that more often..I just got the x3 series from best buy. The geek squad plan also covers burn in issues….if you go to the expensive section of best buy then most of them are the plasmas.
