    it is when u can use the iphone as a modem to surf the net by connecting it to ur laptop or desktop

    It works on 3.01 as I have it on that. I will not upgrade until I her that it can be used on 3.1

    Is there an AT&T charge or is this done in secrecy? cause MyWi said to check AT&T for tethering charges. I deleted MyWi… I don’t need tethering bad enough to pay for it so please reply and let me know if this method is free of charge.
